Instructions:
Stage 1 (preparation through the instructors):
– Create a closed forum (on Moodle for example)
– Form teams of 4 telecollaborative partners: 1 pair from each country
Stage 2 (research):
– The pairs choose a promotional film of their country with the intention to present it to the partners
– They create a questionnaire for the comprehension of the commercial for the partners and post the video and its questionnaire in the forum
Stage 3 (production):
– Every pair suggests another commercial of their country and publishes it on the forum for the partners
Either the link or the video is directly posted in the forum
– The partners produces a summary (between 80 and 100 words) of this commercial
They describe chronologically the different stages of this commercial
– They post this summary in the forum
Stage 4 (exchange):
Motivate the pairs to react in form of comments on the differences and similarities between the commercials of both countries
Stage 5 (wrap-up in class):
– Feedback on the accomplishment of the task instructions: the content, the design of the summary
– Feedback on the differences between the commercials of both countries
